Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on uya4d. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and gameplay patterns. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed, and any associated funds, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited without right of appeal.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution. You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are legitimately obtained and belong solely to you. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) a specified number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, fuel crises, internet service provider failures, or acts of government authorities.
